112th Congress

This Week will start the 112th congress. I am very optimistic that we will see some "real change' come about now. The goals are set and need to be stuck to in order to restore some sanity to this nation. May God grant his blessings to the 112th congress and House Speaker John Boehner.

What I Learned From The Mid-Term Election

With the Mid-Term Election behind us and the Presidential Election approaching in less then two years. I would like to take a minute to share what I learned from the Mid-Term Election.

1. Races are never over until they are over.(Alaska, Colorado, and Florida)
2. People really do care about the direction our country is heading in.
3. The line "My opponent is a career politician" does not win elections.(This was a very popular line in our race.)
4. Volunteering for a campaign is a great way to spend your time and effort.
5. The Tea Party is here it stay.(This is a good thing)

BUT most importantly!!! The battle has just begun.
